It is an international standard applicable on a voluntary basis by any type of Organization, that specifies the requirements for an environmental management system.

The Community Eco-Management and Audit Scheme (EMAS) can be joined voluntarily by companies and organizations that wish to engage in assessing and improving their environmental performance.

It is an European brand used to certify the reduced environmental impact of products or services offered by companies. Miorelli Service S.p.A. has obtained the Certification for the product group “Indoor Cleaning Services”.

UNI CEI EN ISO 50001 “Energy Management Systems” is the Italian version of the international standard ISO 50001 for creating, starting, maintaining and improving an energy management system.
The objective of the standard is to enable an Organization to pursue, with a systematic approach, the continuous improvement of its energy performance and of the SGE itself.

The EcoVadis Sustainability Rating aims to improve companies’ environmental and social practices by leveraging the influence of global logistics chains.

Miorelli Service has obtained ISO 14067:2018 CFP SYSTEMATIC APPROACH certification for its service’s Carbon Footprint Management System.

The scope of the CFP with systematic approach developed by Miorelli Service refers to cleaning services in the civil sector as defined by the PCR of reference PROFESSIONAL CLEANING SERVICES FOR BUILDINGS version 3.0.1, 2011:03 – UN CPC 853.

ISO 45001 is applicable to any organization that wishes to create, implement and maintain a management system to improve health and safety at the workplace, eliminate hazards and minimize OHS risks.

Miorelli Service S.p.A. was able to have its Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SGSL) certified by EBAFoS as the model adopted is in compliance with the UNI INAIL guidelines.

ISO/IEC 27001:2017 defines the requirements for an Information Security Management System and is designed to ensure the selection of appropriate and proportionate security controls.

In this way one can protect information and give confidence to stakeholders and especially to customers.

The international standard SA8000 is a management model that aims to value and protect all personnel working for the organizations that adopt it.

The Family Audit standard is a management and human resources management tool available to public and private organizations that, on a voluntary basis, wish to certify their commitment to adopting measures for promoting work-life balance commitments for their employees.

Miorelli Service’s operational proposal is linked to the value elements with a focus on work shift management and work-life balance, extensive hour flexibility – especially for parents with underaged, disabled or dependent children – consistent with needs and proper service performance. In addition to this, Miorelli has made available other services such as an hours solidarity bank, income support and in-company training internships for newly graduated children of employees.

Miorelli Service has obtained ISO 30415:2021 Diversity & Inclusion certification, a reference that supports organizations in integrating into their management systems the principles of recognizing and appreciating diversity in the work environment, (gender, race, disability, culture, etc.), fostering inclusion and ensuring that all functions are more oriented towards valuing resources.

This commitment is further proof that the organizational approach we take is strongly oriented towards promoting an inclusive environment and the attention we pay to people and to their well-being is a primary value for us, confirming our commitment to social responsibility.

Within the framework of interventions to promote fundamental rights and freedoms, particular attention has been paid in recent years to interventions supporting the principle of gender equality in all its forms and activities.

In response to the need to identify concrete actions for the achievement of useful objectives to strengthen the opportunities and to enhance the skills of female workers within its workforce and organizational processes, Miorelli Service has decided to undertake the certification process according to the practice of reference PDR 125:2022 in order to promote gender equality and avoid any form of discrimination.

It is the European standard also implemented in Italy and that defines the requirements for pest management and control and the skills that must be possessed by professional service providers in order to protect public health, property and the environment.

Miorelli Service Spa a socio unico (single-member company) is registered with the Albo Nazionale Gestori Ambientali in the following categories and with the following authorizations:

• Cat. 2 bis: initial producers of non-hazardous waste performing collection and transportation of their own waste – Registration No. TN00737 of 20/10/2011;
• Cat. 4: collection and transportation of special non-hazardous waste – Registration No. TN00737 of 27/07/2017;
• Cat. 8f: brokerage and trade of waste without holding the waste itself – Registration No. TN00737 of 01/06/2016.

Since 25 February 2013 Miorelli Service Spa is also licensed to practice as a road haulage carrier for third parties, with registration number in the Register of the Province of Trento No. TN2054694G.
